Karleen Nevery is a Master Therapeutic Counsellor and Registered Counselling Supervisor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada.
Karleen is a genuinely sensitive and understanding counsellor with a light-hearted attitude, committed to personal growth and awareness with a person-centred, integrated approach. She understands the fear to take emotional risks into uncharted territory and will help you to open up and feel comfortable in a safe, warm and loving environment. To provide a more in depth and personal experience, and so that each client is the focus throughout the unique life-journey together, Karleen keeps her client base small. When you choose Karleen, you accept an invitation to experience support that will guide you away from feelings of helplessness, frustration and the struggles that accompany feeling “stuck” and fearful.
The dynamics of a relationship can feel overwhelming and confusing. Karleen will help couples shift to a state of love and peace. One purpose of therapy is to review pivotal past events in our lives that may be negatively impacting us today. By tapping into some life-long destructive patterns, we can begin to transform beliefs formed long ago, into new and healthier ways of being. Using analytical and evaluative skills, Karleen will effectively assess your needs and help you move toward making conscious choices that can bring peace and happiness to an exciting lifetime adventure.
Karleen is an excellent choice, if you are seeking any of the following:
• Emotional support during a time of loss or career and life transitions
• Healing and clarity following a break up with your partner
• More effective communication skills
• Couples counselling
• Improved relationships with others
• Effective parenting skills
• Greater self confidence
• Transition to a healthier relationship with your finances
• Coping strategies for career stress
• A deeper sense of self and a fuller, more meaningful life
