Wendy Akune is a registered holistic nutritionist, a certified yoga teacher and has
a B.A. in Criminology and Psychology.
Wendy Akune is kind, caring and dedicated to making a difference. She is
passionate about empowering others to live their healthiest and happiest life.
She knows that creating wellness and balance is an exciting prospect, but that it can also feel daunting. She also knows that consulting is more than just education. While education is a valuable piece, it is often not enough to create change.
Wendy wears two hats, as a research based nutritionist and a creative, intuitive
coach. In a safe and caring manner, she provides sound dietary advice, while working to uncover blocks that may be holding up the healing process. Her work is client-centered, trusting deeply that each of us holds wisdom and knowledge for our own transformation.
She can help support you in the following areas:
- Diabetes, Cardiovascular Problems or High Blood Pressure
- You Have Digestive Problems
- You're Pregnant or Trying to Get Pregnant
- Your Teenager Has Issues with Food and Eating Healthfully
- You Need to Gain or Lose Weight
- You Want to Eat Smarter
